Reclamation of these facilities was conducted <br /> under the requirements of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act (Act). <br /> P&M applied for the Support Facilities Area Phase I bond release on September 2, 1999. The <br /> application was deemed complete on October 22, 1999 after the Division received proof of <br /> publication of the applicant's public notice. P&M published notice of the bond release <br /> application for four consecutive weeks in the Steamboat Pilot from September 1, 1999 <br /> through September 29, 1999. P&M also notified various government agencies and the land <br /> owners within and adjacent to the release area of the bond release application as required by <br /> Section 3.03.2(l). <br /> No written objections or requests for an informal conference regarding the bond release <br /> application were received by the Division. <br /> The Division scheduled and conducted a bond release inspection on November 17, 1999. The <br /> site inspection was conducted in accordance with Rule 3.03.2(2). All landowners were <br /> notified of the inspection.
