land area mined, a substantive increase in personnel or the use of heavy equipment, a <br />substantive change in a Forest Service Plan of Operations and/or DMG Mined Land <br />Reclamation Permit, or any change that could require any condition of this Conditional Use <br />Permit to be modified or a new condition placed on it. <br />8. Material Representations. Except as otherwise modified by this Permit, all material <br />representations of the Applicant in its submittal package, correspondence, and in public <br />hearing, shall be binding. Such representations include, but are not limited to: <br />a. Heavy Equipment.
