CLEANUP <br />The COfTRACTOR shall at all times keep the consWCtion area free <br />from accumulations at waste material or rubbish resulting from his . . <br />work Upon completion of the wodt Itta CONTRACTOR shall remove <br />from the vidrtiry of the work and haul all rubbish, trash, garbage, and <br />debris to a county-approved disposal s%e. Additionally, the <br />CONTRACTOR shall remove from the vicinity all unused materials, <br />and the like, belonging to the CONTRACTOR or used under the <br />CONTRACTOR'S tlirection during construction. <br />Geanup is subject to the approval of the PROJECT MANAGER. <br />29. ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS <br />The Contactor shall grant ac cess to the State, the Office of Surface <br />Mining Reclamation and Erllorcement, the Comptroller Generel of the <br />United Stales, or any at their duly auClorized representatives to any <br />books, dowmerrts, papers ant records of the Contractor which are <br />directly pertinem m fits contract (or the purpose of audit examination, <br />excerpts and tr-enscdptions. All required records shall be retained for <br />three years after final settlement and all other matters are closed. <br />30.
