STATUS: Future Stipulation No, 22 In its annual hydrology assessment, the applicant shall continue to include water quantity data from the U.S.G.S. Somerset monitoring station. Should the U.S.G.S. discontinue monitoring at this location, the operator shall submit its own quantity monitoring program for the North Fork of the Gunnison. STATUS: Terminated May 28, 1992. Stipulation No. 23 The applicant shall continue to submit to the Division copies of the reports, exhibits and all subsequent amendments submitted to the Gunnison County Planning Commission, titled Protecfion of Minnesota Creek Water Supply. Stipulation No. 24 All data and reports submitted to the State Engineer's Office and ditch companies shall be copies to MLRD as inclusions within the quarterly report required under section 4.05.13(2) of the rules and regulations. No Stipulation No. 27 exists. Simulation No. 28 Mountain Coal Company or any succeeding operator of the Wes[ Elk Mine must continue to submit to the Division an annual hydrologic report. This report shall include an analysis of all hydrologic data gathered during the yeaz, an assessment of the impacts of mining during the yeaz, and an estimate of the projected impacts of mining in the following yeazs. This report shall assess the impacts of mining on the quality and quantity of water in surface streams, springs, groundwater aquifers, mine inflow and mine dischazge. STATUS: Terminated May 28, 1992.
