STATUS: Future <br />Stipulation No, 22 <br />In its annual hydrology assessment, the applicant shall continue to include water quantity data from the <br />U.S.G.S. Somerset monitoring station. Should the U.S.G.S. discontinue monitoring at this location, the <br />operator shall submit its own quantity monitoring program for the North Fork of the Gunnison. <br />STATUS: Terminated May 28, 1992. <br />Stipulation No. 23 <br />The applicant shall continue to submit to the Division copies of the reports, exhibits and all subsequent <br />amendments submitted to the Gunnison County Planning Commission, titled Protecfion of Minnesota <br />Creek Water Supply. <br />STATUS: Terminated July 17, 1987. <br />Stipulation No. 24 <br />All data and reports submitted to the State Engineer's Office and ditch companies shall be copies to MLRD <br />as inclusions within the quarterly report required under section 4.05.13(2) of the rules and regulations. <br />STATUS: Terminated July 17, 1987. <br />Stipulation No. 25 <br />West Ells Coal Company shall submit within ninety (90) days of the approval of the waste pile permit <br />revision a plan to monitor the formation of a perched aquifer within the waste pile. Monitoring shall <br />include standazd well water quality parameters and water level measurements. The plan shall be <br />implemented upon approval by the Division. <br />STANS: Complied with May 19, 1986. <br />Stipulation No. 26 <br />The applicant's monitoring reports shall continue to include quality and quantity monitoring of all <br />dischazges from the mine site. Water quality monitoring shall consist of the effluent limitations plus total <br />dissolved solids. <br />STANS: Terminated July 17, 1987. <br />Simulation No. 27 <br />This stipulation number was never used. No Stipulation No. 27 exists. <br />Simulation No. 28 <br />Mountain Coal Company or any succeeding operator of the Wes[ Elk Mine must continue to submit to the <br />Division an annual hydrologic report. This report shall include an analysis of all hydrologic data gathered <br />during the yeaz, an assessment of the impacts of mining during the yeaz, and an estimate of the projected <br />impacts of mining in the following yeazs. This report shall assess the impacts of mining on the quality and <br />quantity of water in surface streams, springs, groundwater aquifers, mine inflow and mine dischazge. <br />STATUS: Terminated May 28, 1992. <br />
