SECTION II - REVISIONS TO THE PERMIT
<br />The following minor and technical revisions have been processed since the permit renewal completed in
<br />July 31, 2001:
<br />Technical Revisions
<br />Technical Revision 92 provided design and SEDCAD details for small azea exemptions (SAE'S) at the raw
<br />water intake gallery and the Sylvester Gulch fan site. It was approved on Apri14, 2002.
<br />Technical Revision 93 presented designs for the bulkheads to seal the Lone Pine portals. It was approved
<br />on November 1, 2001.
<br />Technical Revision 94 proposed the construction of 5 degas drillholes and drillpads over longwall panel 15.
<br />It was approved on October 18, 2001.
<br />Technical Revision 95 proposed an incidental boundary change to include an additional 113.3 acres,
<br />accompanied by a lease modification, to allow the mining of longwall panel 17. The revision was approved
<br />on Mazch 28, 2002.
<br />Technical Revision 96 presented the project plan for I7 methane drainage wetls above longwall panels 16,
<br />17, 17S and 18-24. It was approved on July 15, 2002.
<br />Technical Revision 97 updated the permit application document to reflect the reclamation of the Lone Pine
<br />azea. It was approved on January 19, 2004.
<br />Minor Revisions
<br />Minor Revision 276, approved November 1, 200], allowed the construction of a degas facility building at
<br />Shag 3 in Sylvester Gulch.
<br />Minor Revision 277, approved September 11, 2001, enabled the repositioning of several degas boreholes
<br />in the approved program.
<br />Minor Revision 278, approved August 10, 2001, allowed access to two additional drillpads.
<br />Minor Revision 279, approved July 20, 2001, allowed the drilling of two additional degas drillholes.
<br />Minor Revision 280, approved August 31, 2001, allowed the drilling of degas well 14-07.
<br />Minor Revision 281, approved August 16, 2001, allowed the drilling of exploration drillhole "EEE."
<br />Minor Revision 282, approved August 31, 2001, addressed the construction of three new degas drillpads.
<br />Minor Revision 283, approved September 12, 2001, addressed two additional degas drillholes.
<br />Minor Revision 284, approved Mazch 28, 2002, allowed construction of a small compressor building at
<br />the Shaft 2 azea.
<br />Minor Revision 285, approved Mazch 18, 2002, added updated drilling data to the permit.
<br />Minor Revision 286, approved April 10, 2002, approved the installation of a sediment trap at the west
<br />water intake azea.
<br />Minor Revision 287, approved October 21, 2002, allowed the installation of five additional degas wells.
