<br />Consequently, the Division finds that no adjustment of bond is required at <br />this time. A complete review of bond liability is scheduled to be performed <br />in conjunction with review of the operator's application for permit renewal. <br />The current mine permit expires on November 16, 1991. An application for <br />renewal of the permit was received by the Division more than 180 days prior <br />to the expiration date. This. application is currently being reviewed by the <br />Division. ''~~ <br />The application is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XXVII. Demonstration That Surface Coal Mining and Reclamation Operations <br />Can Be Feasibly Accomplished - Rule 2.07.6(2>(b) <br />The Division finds that the hydrologic control structures proposed in this <br />revision can be feasibly constructed and maintained, and that they will <br />contribute to stability of the West Ridge backfilled areas. <br />The application is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XXIX. Reclamation Fees Required by 30 C.F.R., Chapter VII, Subchapter R - <br />Rule 2.07.6(2)(0) <br />The Division, through contacts with the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation <br />and Enforcement and other state agencies, finds that the Pittsburg and Midway <br />Coal Mining Company, Inc. is current with payment of reclamation fees. <br />The application is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />WBC/LPR/eke <br />-6- <br />9858E <br />
