Technical Revision No. 21 was submitted October 1, 1990 and was approved with conditions on November 19, 1990. Anew access road for the refuse disposal area was constructed. The side and north collection ditches on the refuse disposal area were relocated. Bond was increased by $240.00. Minor Revision No. 36 was submitted on November 16, 1990 and was approved on December 4, 1990. This involved the installation of an above-ground freeze conditioning agent storage tank. Bond was increased by $470.00. Minor Revision No. 37 was submitted on January 29, 1991 and was approved February 4, 1991. This involved an extension of a haul road. Bond increased by $150.00. Minor Revision No. 36 was submitted on May 31, 1991 and was approved on June 10, 1991. A filter fabric was installed on the refuse disposal area underdrains. Technical Revision No. 23 was submitted on June 20, 1991 and was approved on May 18, 1992. Small area exemption demonstrations and reclamation plans were presented for seven areas. Small area exemption demonstrations were provided for two areas east and west of the refuse disposal area belt. This TR was superseded by TR-25. Minor Revision No. 40 was submitted on December 30, 1991 and was approved on January 31, 1992. This MR was for the addition of a coal stockpile area. Technical Revision No. 25 was submitted on January 27, 1992 and was approved on July 23, 1992. Designs were provided for five containment area ponds, to satisfy Item 3 (of 4) of TDL 91-02-370-003 and for NOV C-91-028. Minor Revision No. 41 was submitted on February 7, 1992 and was approved on February 24, 1992. This MR was for a fuel containment area. Bond was increased by $1590.00. Minor Revision No. 42 was submitted on February 24, 1992 and was withdrawn on February 28, 1992. This concerned the upgrading of an access road to a haul road. Minor Revision No. 43 was submitted on March 30, 1992 and was approved on April 15, 1992. The drainage configuration was modified for coal stockpiling just west of the office. -6-
