Page 21 <br />Construction Materials Rule 1 <br />uo(a) (1) Limited Impact 110 Operation Permit Applications - If the <br />Permit approval process is not completed within thirty (30) days of filing, the <br />Permit shall be considered approved and shall be promptly issued upon <br />presentation, by the Applicant, of a Financial Warranty in an amount as may <br />be detemuned by the Boazd. <br />ttl(s) (2) Special 111 Operation Permit Applications - If the, Permit <br />approval process is not completed within fifteen (15) calendaz days of filing, <br />the Permit shall be considered approved and promptly issued upon <br />presentation, by the Applicant, of a Financial Warranty in the amount of.two <br />thousand five hundred dollazs ($2500) per acre of affected land, or such other <br />amount as may be determined by the Boazd. <br />tts(3) (3) Regulaz 112 Permit Applications - If, the Office fails to make <br />a final decision within one hundred twenty (120) days, or one hundred eighty <br />(180) days in the case of a complex application, of the date an application is <br />filed, the Permit shall be considered to be approved and-shall be promptly <br />issued upon presentation, by the Applicant, of a Financial Warranty in the <br />amountof two thousand dollars ($2000) per acre of affected land, or such other <br />amount as may be determined by the Boazd. <br />1.5 THIS SECTION DELETED, RESERVED FOR FUTURE USE <br />1.6 PUBLIC NOTICE PROCEDURES. <br />to6 1:6.1 OfficeBoard Procedures -Permit Application Decision Dates <br />(1) The Office shall give such notice for all types o€ mining <br />operations, including applications for: <br />(a) Limited Impact 110 Operations; <br />(b) Special 111 Operations; and <br />(c) Regulaz 112 Operations. <br />
