Page 5 <br />Construction Materials Rule 1 <br />103(11) (22) "Life of the Mine" means and includes, but is not limited to, <br />those periods of time from when a permit is initially issued, that an Operator <br />engages in or plans to continue extraction of constmction materials, complies <br />with the Act and these Rules, and as long as construction material reserves <br />remain in the mining operation. It can include limited periods of non- <br />production or Temporary Cessation. "Life of the mine" also includes that <br />period of time after cessation of production necessary to complete reclamation <br />of disturbed lands as required by the Board and this article, until the Boazd <br />releases, in writing, the Operator from further reclamation obligations <br />regazding the affected land, declazes the operation terminated, and releases all <br />applicable Performance and Financial Warranties. <br />tro(t)<a) (23) "Limited Impact Operation" applies to any mining operation <br />which affects less than ten acres for the life of the mine. <br />uo (24) "Limited Impact Pemrit" shall mean a pemrit issued to a Limited <br />Impact Operation. <br />toy (25) "Meetine" as the term is used in these Rules, means the regular <br />monthly session held by the Boazd in accordance with Section 34-32.5-106, <br />C.R.S. 1984, as amended. The topics to be considered include, but are not <br />necessarily limited to: <br />(a) approval or denial of permit applications; <br />(b). approval or denial of applications for permit revisions, <br />amendments, and permit transfers; <br />(c) cause to hold a formal hearing with respect to a <br />particulaz application or operation pursuant to Section 34-32.5-114, <br />C.R.S. 1984, as amended; . <br />(d) determinations with respect to temporary cessation; and <br />(e) other permit-related considerations which do not require <br />"formal heazing." <br />108 (f) These meetings may also include, but aze not necessarily <br />
