All major ions <br />and trace metals to be analyzed for the dissolved ion concentration. <br />With the acceptance of the above stipulations, the monitoriny plan should verify <br />the applicants statement of probable h!fdrologic consequences as well as identify <br />any ground water impacts not considered. The applicant may request that the <br />Division reduce the parameters, location, or frequency of monitoring. Justifi- <br />cation for any changes must .be included in the request. <br />Finally, the applicant should review the monitoring data yearly and prepare an <br />annual report of the results of the monitoring. The annual report shall compare <br />the monitoring data with baseline data in graphic or tabW er form and shall <br />discuss whether this data verifies the applicants statement of probable hydrologic <br />consequences. Since this is not committed to in the application, the follow•iny <br />stipulation is required: <br />THE APPLICANT SIfALL SU-MIT AN ANNUAL REPORT GAIICII PRESENTS AND DISCUSSES <br />THE MONITORING DATA COLLECTED OVER THE PAST }'EAR. TILE FIRST ANNUAL REPORT <br />WILL BE DUE THE LAST QUARTER OF 1982. <br />With the acceptance of the above stipulations, the Division finds that th o- <br />operation has been designed 6o minim.ize disturbance to the hydrologic balance <br />and prevent material dam~ye. <br />I <br />
