If there are <br />any additional changes you would like to discuss with the Division please <br />contact me as soon as possible. <br />I am also enclosing a draft copy.of our settlement agreement for your <br />consideration and comment. If all issues pertaining to our decision <br />document are resolved, this joint settlement agreement shall be the <br />document presented to the Mine Land Reclamation Board for consideration of <br />whether to issue the permit under the conditions stated in the settlement <br />agreement. At the formal hearing, z wi1Z briefly explain why the hearing <br />was requested and then state that all issues concerning the decision <br />document have been resolved in a "settlement agreement.' The signed <br />joint settlement agreement shall then be presented to the Board for approval. <br />The Board will probably then ask that a representative from Coors state <br />that in fact. the agreement has been reached and that no further issues need <br />to be addressed at the hearing. If this is the case, the Board will <br />ask whether anyone from the public has any comment. If no one has any <br />comment, the Board will motion for a vote on whether to issue the <br />permit under the conditions stated in the settlement agreement. A vote <br />will then be taken and the hearing closed. <br />rlease read the draft settlement agreement carefully and feel free to <br />make any Changes or additions.
