TR-51 proposed approval decision was issued March 24, 2005. The revision provided revised <br />surface and mineral ownership map exhibits in response to Stipulation 34 (from PRA), and also <br />updated Permit Tab 3 Adjudication File Identification of Interests and Right of Entry Information. <br />TR-52 proposed approval decision was issued May 23, 2005. The revision incorporated <br />amendments to the hydrologic monitoring plan. <br />TR-53 proposed approval decision was issued July 15, 2005. The revision provided "As-Built" <br />report for the Sediment Pond 016/016A system as abatement for Notice of Violation (NOV) CV- <br />2005-003. <br />TR-54 proposed approval decision was issued April 11, 2006. The revision incorporated a certified <br />"As Built" report for the Ridgeline Access Road into the permit. <br />Minor Revisions <br />MR-54 approval decision was issued September 8, 2003. The revision incorporated a plan for <br />drilling within the approved permit area to better define the extent and continuity of the Wadge <br />Coal Seam. Reclamation liability was increased by $63,937.00. <br />MR-55 approval decision was issued February 19, 2004. The revision provided a rill and gully <br />stabilization plan as abatement for Notice of Violation (NOV) CV-2003-014. <br />MR-56 approval decision was issued October 4, 2004. The revision described and delineated aspen <br />regeneration treatment (aspen farm plot) locations. <br />MR-57 approval decision was issued February 4, 2005. The revision incorporated stock pond <br />certified "As-Built" plans into the permit. <br />MR-58 approval decision was issued June 20, 2005. The revision incorporated and amended <br />Aspen Study Schematic into the permit (Appendix 22-3, Figure 1). <br />MR-59 approval decision was issued August I5, 2005. The revision amended Permit Tab 3 <br />Ownership and Control Information. <br />MR-60 approval decision was issued March 13, 2006.
