`~ • • <br />Mr. William Wentworth <br />July 15, 1981 <br />Page 2 <br />The environmental setting,. land use and geology at these <br />locations are similar to that described in Sections 4.4 <br />through 9.6 of the subject exploration plan and the environ- <br />mental analysis and stipulations prepared for that plan <br />should be applicable to the proposed modification. <br />The plan for the three rock mechanics holes will be similar <br />to that proposed in Section 9.7 of the subject exploration <br />plan. Approximately 50 feet of core will be obtained for <br />each of these holes. <br />Wherever possible, existing roads will be utilized. Some new <br />roads will have to be built. Rehabilitation of the drill sites <br />and access roads will be similar to that described in section <br />4,8 of the subject exploration plan. <br />The archaeological survey on the entire Federal Coal Lease <br />No. C-023703 has been completed by Centuries Research, Inc. <br />of Dtontrose, Colorado.
