<br />5. That Defendants' oral motion to Dismiss which was held in <br />abeyance by the Court is denied. <br />6. That the Court certifies this judgment as a final judgment <br />pursuant to C.R.C.P. Rule 54 (b) and finds that there is no just <br />reason for delay. <br />7. That the Plaintiffs shall provide to the Court their <br />itemized bill of costs within fifteen days from the date of this <br />order. The Defendants will have an additional fifteen days to file <br />any response to the Plaintiffs' itemized bill of costs.
