ORDER FOR JUDGMENT
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED:
1. That as to the management fee claim the Court enters
judgment in favor of Plaintiffs Martha R. Bobo, individually and as
Personal Representative for the Estate of Bernard L. Bobo; the
Estate of Bernard L. Bobo; and B.L. Bobo Company, Inc., a Colorado
corporation and against Defendants American Shield Coal Company, a
Texas corporation and a subsidiary of Arabian Shield Development
Company, jointly and severally, in the principal amount of
$140,000.00 ($10,000.00 per month times fourteen (14) months
remaining on the contract) plus pre-judgment interest pursuant to
C.R.S. §5-12-102 at the legal rate of 8% from the date of the
breach on January 1, 1988 until the date of this judgment plus
costs pursuant to C.R.S. §13-16-122 and C.R.C.P. 54 (d) plus post-
judgment interest at the statutory rate.
2. That as to the reimbursement of Expenses claim, the Court
enters judgment in favor of Plaintiffs Martha R. Bobo,
individually and as,;,Personal Representative for the Estate of
Bernard L. Bobo; the Estate of Bernard L. Bobo; and B.L. Bobo
Company, Inc., a Colorado corporation and against Defendants
American Shield Coal Company, a Texas corporation and a subsidiary
of Arabian Shield Development Company, jointly and severally, in
the principal amount of $48,509.79 plus pre-judgment interest
pursuant to C.R.S. §5-12-102 at the legal rate of 8$ from the date
of the breach January 1, 1988, until the date of the judgment plus
costs pursuant to C.R.S. §13-16-122 and C.R.C.P. 54 (d) plus post-
judgment interest at the statutory rate.
3. That as to the Finder's Fee claim, the Court enters
judgment in favor of Plaintiffs Martha R. Bobo, individually and
as Personal Representative for the Estate of Bernard L. Bobo; the
Estate of Bernard L. Bobo; and B.L. Bobo Company, Inc., a Colorado
corporation and against Defendants American Shield Coal Company, a
Texas corporation, and a subsidiary of Arabian Shield Development
Company, jointly and severally, in the principal amount of
$20,000.00 plus pre-judgment interest pursuant to C.R.S. §5-12-102
at the legal rate of 8% from February 21, 1986 until the date of
this judgment plus costs pursuant to C.R.S. §13-16-122 and C.R.C.P.
54 (d) plus post-judgment interest at the statutory rate.
4. That as to Defendants' Counterclaim for expenses the Court
enters judgment in favor of Plaintiffs Martha R. Bobo,
individually and as Personal Representative for the Estate of
Bernard L. Bobo; the Estate of Bernard L. Bobo; and B.L. Bobo
Company, Inc., a Colorado corporation and against Defendants
American Shield Coal Company, a Texas corporation, and a subsidiary
of Arabian Shield Development Company, jointly and severally, plus
costs pursuant to C.R.S. §13-10-122 and C.R.C.P. 54 (d).
