SECTION II -REVISIONS TO THE PERMIT <br />Since the issuance of the renewal the following revisions have been made to the permit: <br />Minor Revision Summary <br />Minor Revision MR-06, approved June 22, 1993. This Revision was a weed control plan for <br />1993. This allowed the use of Hi Dep for control of noxious weeds. <br />Minor Revision MR-07, approved April 20, 1994. This revision changed the submittal date <br />for the annual rill and gully survey and report submittal from June 15 to July 31. <br />Technical Revision Summary <br />• No technical Revisions have been issued since the last renewal. <br />SECTION III -STATUS OF STIPULATIONS <br />Monitoring data has been collected, however this data has not been submitted by October 31 of each <br />year as required by stipulation #32. For this reason NOV C-94-025 had been issued. <br />STIPULATION NO. 32 <br />THE HYDROLOGIC MONITORING PLAN WILL CONSIST OF MONITORING THE SPOII.S <br />WELL ANNUALLY FOR WATER LEVEL AND TO SUBMIT THE RESULTS TO THE <br />DMSION BY OCTOBER 31 OF EACH YEAR. <br />STATUS: This mine has been monitoring this well as required but has submitted the results later <br />than October 31 of each year.. <br />Variances <br />The Canadian Strip Mine permit does not involve any variances regarding mountain top removal or <br />the achievement of approximate original contour. There were no experimental practices allowed at <br />this site. There are no variances granted under permits issued under 2.06.7. There are no variances <br />from the stream buffer zone requirements of Rule 4.05.18. <br />SECTION V -- DECISION TO REQUIItE REVISIONS OR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <br />On the basis of this mid term review the Division is not requiring revision to the permit or additional . <br />information. <br />Slurco Corporation, C-81-026, Midterm Review October 5, 1994 <br />4 <br />
