No. 9 BF-5 well will be inetal.led in the No. 9 <br />Mine refuse area within three months after final grading of the <br />area. Parameters to be measured and frequency of measurement will <br />be established at that time. <br />The applicant will conduct monitoring of surface water in a manner <br />approved by the Division.
