Storage and Wood Shop - Less than one acre of disturbance. Surface <br />area and access is graveled. Area is located away from any receiving <br />streams on level ground. <br />Powder Magazine Site - Lees than 200 square feet o:E disturbance. <br />Restricted access to area. Area has been stabilized with vegetation. <br />Crusher Site - Area is small, less than one acre. Hntire disturbance <br />area ie bermed to prevent any runoff from leaving the site. <br />Storage Area South of Coal Stockpile - Area is small, less than one <br />acre. Entire disturbance area is bermed to prevent: runoff from leaving <br />the site. <br />Main Substation - Area ie small, less than one acre. Surface area has <br />been graveled; outelopes have been stabilized with vegetation. <br />Sediment filter fence established at toe of outslope disturbance . <br />Track Scales - Area is small, leas than one acre. Surface area has <br />been graveled; outelopes have been stabilized with vegetation. <br />Contractor Staging Area - Small area, less than 1.5 acres. Affected <br />area has been graveled, an earthen berm constructed on the perimeter of <br />the area, access is restricted, and the surrounding area is stabilized <br />with vegetation. <br />Outslope of Coal Stockpile Pad - South aide of the .pad ie very small <br />and any runoff is prevented from reaching the river by the railroad <br />tracks and a long vegetative filter along the tracks. <br />Topsoil Stockpiles - Areas are small and piles are stabilized with <br />vegetation. <br />Overland Conveyor - The area ie small and has been ;stabilized with <br />vegetation. <br />Railroad Tracks - SHDCAD analysis of points closest to the river <br />indicate that no runoff from a 10-year, 24-hour precipitation event <br />would reach the river due to the well vegetated meadow between the <br />tracks and the Williams Fork River. <br />Utah Tract - Acreage is 15.5 acres and runoff is controlled by a <br />diversion ditch along the perimeter and stock pond. <br />Wise Hill No. 4 and 5 Wells - These are both very small areas, 0.19 and <br />0.31 acres respectively. Runoff ie controlled by a vegetative filter. <br />C. Surface and Ground Watei Monitoring ~ ~~ ~~ ~~ <br />Stipulation No. 1 had previously been attached to tY.~e permit requiring <br />Cyprus Hmpire to commit to a single, comprehensive crater monitoring <br />plan acceptable to the Division. This stipulation was satisfied with <br />the submission and approval of Technical Revision Nc. 8 in Octobr 19 B7. <br />A description of the water monitoring plan ie found below. <br />1. The applicant will conduct monitoring of ground water in a manner <br />approved by the Division.
