The instrumentation shall be capable of recording at least one value for each of the pazameters at least every fifteen (15) seconds. Initially, recordings should be made once every ten (10) minutes. Monitoring must occur whether or not fluids aze being injected. This information shall be analyzed in the first annual report to determine if this frequency is representative of the injection activity. A minor modification to the Permit shall be made to increase the frequency of recording if the variability of the injection pressure and annulus (as warranted by the data results) affects the representative nature of the data. A, minor modification to the Permit maybe made to decrease the frequency of recording if the Director deternunes that the fluctuation of the parameters is such that less frequent data collection would not significantly affect the representative nature of the reported data. 2. Monitoring Information. Records of any monitoring activity required under this permit shall include: (a) The dates, exact place, and the time interval of sampling, monitoring, or field measurements; (b) The name of the individual(s) who performed the sampling or measurements; (c) The exact sampling method(s) used to take samples; (d) The date(s) laboratori analyses were performed; (e) The name of the indi~ridual(s) who performed the analyses; (f) The analytical techniques or methods used by laboratory personnel; and (g) The results of such analyses. (a) The perrnittee shall retain records concerning: (i) the nature and composition of all injected fluids until three (3) yeazs after the completion of plugging and abandonment which has been carried out in accordance with the Plugging and Abandonment Plan shown in Appendix C.
