Test Program Summary <br />The following test program determined all of the emission parameters listed in Table 4.1 in <br />triplicate (at each of two load conditions). All samples for off-site analysis were collected <br />by APT personnel and delivered to laboratory personnel by hand or via overnight shipment <br />under chain-of-custody. All on-site recovery of samples was conducted in an analytical <br />trailer devoted specifically to sample recovery to minimize sample contamination risk. <br />Laboratory results below the instrumental detection limit were reported as "ND". The <br />laboratory reporting includes a value for the detection limit in these cases. Emission <br />calculations were performed using half of the reported detection limit for all chemicals <br />page 13 <br />
