Shuey: <br />It has come to my attention the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology dues not have any <br />documentation regarding authorization for Telluride Gravel, Inc. (M-197(i-032) to access <br />Nahonal Forest lands to perform reclamation activities. I have enclosed copies of <br />cotnspondence between the U.S. Forest Service and 'telluride Gravel, Inc. related to mineral <br />trespass, resource damage and reclamation on this site. As demonstrated in this correspondence, <br />Tclluridu Gravel. lnc. has conducted the work under the authority and direction of the USDA <br />Fares. Service. <br />I am rccommcnding the Division of Nlinerals and Geology authorize the release of all National <br />Furest lands can ently within the Telluride Gravel, Inc. permit area from any terms and <br />conditions of that permit. The Forest Service will continue to direct reclamation activihus un <br />National Furest lands as specified in the terms of the Memorandum oCUnderstanding between <br />the USDA Furest Service and the Telluride Gravel, Inc. (notarized 913;99), and the letter li-om <br />Furest Supervisor Robert L.
