Price <br />Mined Land Reclamation Division <br />1313 Sherman St., Room 215 <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />Re: Stipulation Nos. 7 & 8 <br />Blue Ribbon Mine <br />Permit C-81-047 <br />Dear Mr. Price: <br />The two referenced stipulations were added to the permit <br />when the mid-term review changes were approved as part to TR-07. <br />TR-07 was submitted October 10, 1990 and the decision date was <br />December 21, 1990. <br />Stipulation No. 7 required the operator to prepare a request <br />for removal for pond 004 or bring the embankment in compliance <br />with 4.05.6(8)(e) & (g). The new rules revised 6/30/91 revised <br />these rule numbers to 4.05.6(11)(e) & (hl. Enclosed is s #4 <br />Sediment Pond Certification which certifies that pond 004 now <br />complies with all of the provisions of rule 4.05.6. <br />Stipulation No. 8 required the operator to submit documenta- <br />tion which demonstrates that the Hubbard Creek Alluvial Well has <br />been abandoned in compliance with Rule 4.07.3.
