The <br />Division proposes to approve the basis for this comparison.(Rule 4.15.7(2)(d)(vi) <br />XII. Post-miningLand Use <br />A. The Division does not approve an alternative post-mining land use. The post-mining <br />land-use is rangeland, the same as the pre-mining land use. <br />XIII. Protection of Fish. Wildlife and Related Environmental Values <br />A. The applicant has proposed the use of persistent pesticides on the site during mining <br />and/or reclamation operations. The Division proposes to approve this usage, as <br />necessary. (4.18(5)(g)) <br />B. Fish and wildlife habitat is not a planned post-mining land use. However, wildlife do <br />utilize the reclaimed azea, primarily for grazing and searching for food. The <br />applicant has selected plant species directed towazd the development of the <br />reclaimed azea as rangeland and benefits to wildlife aze secondary. (4.18(5)(I)) <br />XIV. Protection of Underground Mining <br />A. No specific approvals have been granted. <br />XV. Subsidence Control <br />A. No structures or renewable resource lands exist within the permit azea; therefore a <br />subsidence control plan is not necessary. No specific approvals aze granted under <br />this section. <br />XVI. Concurrent Surface and Underground Mining <br />A. Surface mining is not proposed under this permit.
