Utah submitted information on <br />linear regression approach to success evaluation. PiLR will review this <br />material and discuss with Utah. Utah to incorporate changes stated in <br />June 21, 1.982 correspondence. <br />Cumulative Hydrologic Impact Study. Jerry Zimpfer and Dave Craig caill <br />be working on the additions to the Kaman - Tempo report during the <br />next two weeks. MLR has no copies of this report available to the public. <br />Post-Ptining Topography. Utah wished to submit this map/discussion with <br />other annual reports to the Division. This is acceptable. The requirement <br />for evaluation of swell factor on an annual basis may be rescinded upon <br />verification of projected swells. <br />Bonding. Bonding assumptions and calculations have been reviewed and <br />found acceptable. The total bond amount will be higher due to increased <br />equipment and operation costs based on the 1982 Rental Rate Blue Bonk. <br />The Division is striving toward the issuance of a proposed decision b~,~ <br />the end of July.
