The results were presented in Cotter's letter <br />received by the Division on June 28, 2005. Provided these samples are truly representative, then as DMG <br />staff and Cotter agreed, the tests results maybe applied to waste rock at the JD-6, JD-8 and JD-9 as the <br />company has represented that the mines aze geographically close and mining will occur within the same <br />geological formations. We understand that SPLP test results for ore samples will be forthcoming. The <br />following discussion and Table 1 provides guidelines for the company to consider in evaluating to what <br />extent any release of contaminants from these facilities might affect water quality. If higher SPLP results <br />appeaz from the ore samples, Cotter should consider those sepazately. <br />SPLP Results for 3D Mines: The following SPLP results from waste rock exceed certain applicable <br />water quality parameters. <br />Table 1.
