SPLP testing of ore rock samples are pending. If similaz to the results from the SM-18, they too <br />would fall under the above referenced definitions and thus be subject to DMO regulations. The <br />Division is moving forward based on the submitted information and will amend any request or <br />requirements to include ore rock should test results warrant them. <br />If you agree with this determination, you aze required to notify the DMG by mail of your <br />concun•ence within 30 days of the date of this notice and proceed to comply with the <br />requirements of Subsection of Rule 7.2.3 of the Hazdrock Rules and Regulations.
