Table 12, summarizing water rights <br />holdings in Twentymile Park may be found in Volume IY. Map 15, from Volume V, <br />documents the locations of water rights. <br />Cyprus Western Coal Equipment Company (CWCC) controls all 70,197.22 acre-feet <br />of storage rights in the permit area. Twenty-two percent (22%) of the waters <br />are used exclusively for stock watering while the rest are used multiply for <br />irrigation, domestic and stock watering uses. Twenty-two percent (22%) of all <br />the storage rights are adjudicated rights and seventy-eight percent (78%) are <br />conditional rights (TABLE 12 of permit). <br />-30- <br />
