Barger, <br />Ingleside Quarry, Permit No. M-80-037-HR <br />Dear Mr. Russell: <br />On October 25, 1990, we received your request to place the Ingleside Quarry on <br />intermittent status. Before we may approve your request, we need some <br />information on the following items: <br />1. Please provide the estimated volume of mineral reserves left <br />unmined within your permit boundary, <br />2. Please describe the amount of area that has been affected by your <br />operation. Please break this down by areas of major operations <br />such as: <br />a, Pit floor, 6 acres: <br />b, Highwalls, 3 acres; <br />c, Structures and processing facilities, 1 acre; <br />d, Access roads, 2 acres; <br />e, Material, overburden and toposil stockpiles; 2 acres; <br />f, Equipment storage and vehicle maintenance areas, 2 acres. <br />3. Please discuss whether any areas affected by your operation have <br />been partially or fully reclaimed, If any reclamation has <br />occurred, please describe what this activity was and when it was <br />performed. <br />4. Please describe the material and volumes of all stockpiles on your <br />site, such as: <br />a, Topsoil, 100.000 cy <br />b. Overburden, 300,000 cy <br />c. High grade rock, 50,000 cy <br />d.
