shall be accomplished without unnecessary waste or injury to said premises.
<br />If the work of removal is not done and completed within said periods of nine (9)
<br />months and two (2) years respectively after such termination, all said improve-
<br />ments and equipment remaining on the leased premises, or any part thereof,
<br />shall be forfeited to the State of Colorado without compensation.
<br />17. WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION -That the lessee, before commenc-
<br />ing work under tlia provisions of this lease, or sub-leasing, contracting or sub-
<br />contracting any of the work, shall procure or cause to be procured Workmen's
<br />Compensation Insurance, or Self-Insurance Pern-.ic .~ :squired by the Workmen's
<br />Compensation A.:i of Colorado, 'and particularly by Sec~..~ns 49 and 50 of said Act, bein

<br />the liabilities of lessor, and shall be at all times kept or caused to be kept such
