-' C
Steven E. Westbay July 23, 1996
Re: Relocation of Office, Shop, and Warehouse
The desired schedule for the work would be to remove the existing
stored materials and the storage shed in the East Yard during
August. In September, we would finish site preparation, install
water, power, septic tank, and leach field, and pour the concrete
pads for the shop and warehouse. In October and November, the
buildings would be installed and finished in time to be occupied
for the winter.
Following move in, including relocation of the mine monitoring
system currently in the existing shop, the large shop and warehouse
could be removed and the site clean-up would be completed, as
weather allows. Construction and relocation of the office is not
planned until at least next year.
Thank you for your assistance with development of our plans. As we
have discussed previously, it is my intention to keep you informed
as early as possible of any developments at the mine. I am certain
we can cooperate fully with you to facilitate the process of
obtaining all county approvals.
Sincerely,
~_.
i .~~W-72u u~-4-- ~
Thomas C.
