Compatibility with Anticipated Adjacent Operations - Rule Z.07.6(2)(i) <br />Page 2.10-1 of the 1983 permit application states that "The Colorado Coal <br />Mining Company does not anticipate that Sections 2.07, 2.08 and 2.09 will be <br />applicable to this application." <br />_._ Since there are no other operations anticipated in areas adjacent to the <br />current permit area, the Division agrees that there should be no problems with <br />compatibility with adjacent operations. <br />The proposed operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XXVII I. Reclamation Fees Required by 30 CFR, Chapter VII, Subchapter R- <br />u e o <br />Since the applicant, Kaiser Steel Resources, Inc., is a new corporation with <br />no previous mining operations, there are no outstanding reclamation fees. In <br />addition, the Division received an "Issue" recommendation from the OSM AVS <br />Clearinghouse on March 2, 1989.
