Particulate emissions from the baghouse must not exceed either of the following <br />limitations:. 1.50 lbs./hr. or 1.50 tons per year. <br />2. Opacity must not exceed 20%. - <br />3. The amount of coal processed shall not exceed either of the following limitations: <br />425 tons per hour or 850,000 tons per year except in emergencies when the amount <br />of coal processed in any 16 out of 24-hour period shall not exceed 550 tons per <br />hour (8,800 tons per day). <br />4.
