ing.
THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE
COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY
CONTROL ACT C.R.S. 1973 (25-7-101 et sue), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND
CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT AND THE
FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Particulate emissions from the baghouse must not exceed either of the following
limitations:. 1.50 lbs./hr. or 1.50 tons per year.
2. Opacity must not exceed 20%. -
3. The amount of coal processed shall not exceed either of the following limitations:
425 tons per hour or 850,000 tons per year except in emergencies when the amount
of coal processed in any 16 out of 24-hour period shall not exceed 550 tons per
hour (8,800 tons per day).
4. This replaces Emission Permit C-11,728-3(FD} issued August 25, 1980.
