Were trees <br />removed and understory disturbed in this habitat prior to the enactment of <br />Resolution 9&32 that revoked and reenacted the Millar-Gregory Permit? Mr. <br />Callahan, planner, Land Use Department reports that he discussed this issue <br />with the county's legal counsel. What was the outcome? The attendance of <br />Mr. Callahan should be required. <br />` Discuss citizen apathy, frustration, and resentment. Many citizens in this region are <br />resentful of the persistence for industrialization of the St. Vrain Valley. This valley is an <br />environmental gem--like other magnificient county open spaces . This is the last great <br />fluvial corridor and last great foothills valley in Boulder County, Its precious ecology <br />deserves husbandry not expedience. Citizens are disillusioned about the minimal <br />support in the past from some agencies of government. Citizens have and are <br />continuing to make an extraordinary efforts to preserve this gem. Resoectfully request <br />We realize it will take several meetings to adequately cover these items.
