to the unsecured creditors. Numerous hearings were attended relative to a proper <br />disclosure statement being prepared by Debtor relative to its proposed plan. RWO <br />worked closely with the U. S. Trustee's office and engaged in significant negotiations <br />with Debtor's counsel in order to obtain a thorough and accurate disclosure statement <br />from which the unsecured creditors could effectively evaluate their options. After a <br />satisfactory disclosure statement was prepazed and approved by the Court RWO engaged <br />in extensive negotiations with Debtor's counsel in an attempt to reach a resolution <br />regazding an acceptable final plan. An acceptable final plan was eventually agreed to, <br />and the Official Unsecured Committee of Creditors withdrew its objection to the plan at <br />the confirmation hearing. As counsel for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, <br />Mr. Leffert will evaluate and, if appropriate, object to certain administrative claims. <br />4. From December 9, 2003 through June 11, 2004 (the "Compensation Period"), RWO has <br />incurred a total of $21,292.00, in professional fees and $1,911.59, in expenses in <br />representing the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors. This is RWO's first and <br />final request for compensation in this action. A copy of RWO's itemized billing <br />statements for the Compensation Period are attached hereto as Exhibit B. To date, RWO <br />has not received any payments or reimbursements related to its fees and expenses <br />incurred during the Compensation Period. <br />5. In its Final Application, RWO requests allowance and payment of its fees and costs <br />incurred during the Compensation Period pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 330. <br />6. Services rendered by RWO in this matter have been provided by the following persons: <br />Billing Professional Title Hourly Rate <br />Anthony L. Leffert Shazeholder $250.00 <br />Daniel A. The rates charged by RWO in this case are based upon the skill and experience of the <br />attomeys and paralegals involved. The rates are consistent with the fees customarily <br />chazged by other attomeys and paralegals of similaz skill and experience in other cases <br />under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. <br />8. The amount requested in the Final Application is in line with what could reasonably have <br />been anticipated for services of the scope and nature rendered by RWO. A detailed <br />itemized description of each category of services provided by RWO is contained in the <br />monthly interim billing statements attached hereto as Exhibit B.
