T.D.# ) Chapter 11 <br />FINAL APPLICATION FOR ALLOWANCE AND <br />PAYMENT OF ATTORNEYS' FEES AND REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES <br />FOR ROBINSON WATERS & O'DORISIO, P.C. <br />Robinson Waters & O'Dorisio, P.C. ("RWO"), having been appointed counsel for the <br />Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in this action, states its final application. for <br />allowance of attorneys' fees and reimbursement of expenses pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 330 based <br />on the following: <br />1. The Debtors' filed their Voluntary Petition for relief pursuant to Chapter 11 of the United <br />States Banl~uptcy Code on April 14, 2003. <br />2. On July 18, 2003, Anthony L. Leffert of Brega & Winters, P.C., filed an Application <br />Under § 327(a) and § 1103(a) of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors for an <br />Order Authorizing Emp]oyment and Retention of Brega & Winters, P.C. as Attorneys for <br />the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors. On September 9, 2003, the Court <br />entered its Order Authorizing the Retention and Employment of Brega & Winters, P.C. as <br />Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors. In October of 2003, Anthony <br />L. Leffert became a shazeholder of RWO. After joining RWO, Mr. Leffert continued to <br />represent the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors. On April 9, 2004, the <br />undersigned filed the Motion Pursuant to § 327(a) and § 1103(a) of the Official <br />Committee of Unsecwed Creditors for an Order for Substitution of Counsel on behalf of <br />Robinson Waters & O'Dorisio, P.C. On April 19, 2004, the Court entered its Order <br />Granting the Motion Pursuant to § 327(a) and § 1103(a) of the Official Committee of <br />Unsecured Creditors for an Order for Substitution of Counsel. A copy of the April 19, <br />2004, Order is attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />3. Doting the Compensation Period, undersigned counsel represented the Official <br />Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Committee") with regazd to determining the <br />best means to maximize the return to the unsecured creditors in this bankruptcy <br />proceeding.
