Mr. Sandra Brown <br />Divirion of Declamation, Mining and Safety <br />Page 2 <br />Mr. Jones also worked with the USGS in the 1980's on several projects that they were conducting in regards to coal <br />mine water quality. <br />• Mr. Jones currently holds Colorado Small Water System and Class D Industrial Wastewater Operator Certificates <br />These hydrologic programs and responsibilities maintained by Mr. Jones are an integral and "significant" part of <br />establishing successful coal mining reclamation in Northwestern Colorado. Seneca Coal Company has, over the life of <br />their three (3) mining operations, received numerous reclamation awards, of which Mr. Jones has played an important <br />role.
