Box 17304 Boulder, CO. <br />The DMG Permit Application Adequacy Review Letters dated as follows: January 4, 1995; <br />March 27, 1995; May 19,1995; June 20,1995; June 25,1995; July 12, 1995. <br />COM, Inc. Permit Application Adequacy Review Responses date as follows: February 15, <br />1995; Apri128, 1995; May 2, 1995; May 31, 1995; June 21, 1995; July 18, 1995. <br />2.0 RECLAMATION SUMMARY <br />2.1 Post-Mining Land Use <br />1. COM Inc. will continue to work with Boulder County Land Use Department <br />to obtain a post~perational zoning for the mill building {A letter regarding a <br />post-mining zoning change was observed during the DMG record review. A <br />copy of this letter will be obtained as soon as possible}.(Item 3: June 21, <br />1995) <br />2. Item 11 on the application has been changed from "Forestry" to "Wildlife <br />Habitat" (Item 3: Apri128, 1995 & Item 3: May 2, 1995) <br />2.2 Mill Building <br />1. At the conclusion of these milling operations, the mill building will be <br />maintained for future use. (Item 1) <br />2. The mill building and ancillary pazking will remain following reclamation and <br />the Reclamation Plan maps will be revised to show the mill building and <br />ancillary parking as Industrial/Cotnmercial land use.
