7. Description of Operation <br />A. Types and number of operating and processing equipment to be used: See previous <br />USR-1125 and AmUSR-1125 for operating and processing equipment associated <br />with those approved permits. For the addition of the retail landscaping yard, the <br />current scale house and office will be used initially. As the operation progresses the <br />current office will be removed and a larger, newer modular office will replace it. No <br />other additional operating or processing equipment is proposed at this time. <br />B. Maximum number of employees: Ten at full capacity, two initially for the first six <br />months to one year, and number of shifts: one shift for landscaping sales. <br />C. Number of stages to be worked: Not applicable for the amendment. <br />D. Thickness of mineral deposit: Not applicable for the amendment. <br />E. This will be a wetidry pit operation. Not applicable for the amendment. <br />F. Site entrance/exit points and County roads and bridges to be utilized between site and <br />delivery point. The existing entrance and haul routes for the AmUSR-1125 will be <br />utilized for this proposal. Initial discussion with Weld County Public Works <br />Department indicated that a traffic study for the new use would not be required. <br />8. A. Proposed reclamation land use(s): The property where the landscape yard will be <br />located will be reclaimed as shown in the original.DMG permit. The proposed use of the <br />reclaimed land is as pasture lands. A full explanation of the reclamation process can be <br />found in Exhibit E of the DMG Permit. <br />B. Source of technical advise for reclamation: West Greeley Soil Conservation District <br />and Tuttle Applegate, Inc. <br />C. Explanation of Reclamation Process: Concurrent reclamation as mining progresses, <br />as indicated in previous permits.
