The Reorganized Creditors' Committee ma;r, subject to approval of the Court, authorize payment of litigation expenses of counsel for the USWA in excess of $150,000, bait such decision shall be in the sole discretion of the Reorganized Creditors' Committee. All litigation expenses, including the foregoing allocation to counsel for the USWA, shall be paid solely from the PBGC Litigation Fund. 8. A~~ocation of Costs Among Reorganized Debtors. All expenses of the Reorganized Creditors' Committee shall be allocated among the Reorganized Debtors on the basis of wYiic:h Reorganized Debtor incurred the cost or benefitted from t?ie expenditure. If more than one Reorganized Debtor benefitted from the expenditure, the Reorganized Creditors' Committee shall allocate the expenditure in a fashion that reasonably reflects the benefits to the respective Reorganized Debtors. 9.
