(Golder) is pleased to submit this summary of Phase IVc Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project during the period of September 12 through September 18, 2004. The weather during this reporting period was clear to cloudy. Approximate daytime low temperatures ranged from 36° F to 50° F, and highs ranged from 70° F to 78° F. Weather observations were made on seven days of this seven-day reporting period. Constuction Synopsis Ames Construction Ina (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthworks contractor for the Phase IVc construction. Ames conducted Phase IVc construction activities on five days of this seven-day reporting period (September 13 through September 17, 2004). Poly-Flex conducted Phase IVc construction activities on six days of this seven-day reporting period (September 13 through September 18, 2004). PhaselVc Ames completed Structural Fill (SF) cut to fill and slope re-contouring activities along the Phase IVb / Phase Nc tie-in area above the LOB. Ames completed excavation and construction of two Leak Detection Trenches (LDT) and continued to excavate and construct the LDT extensions on the eastern portion of the Phase IVc VLF. Ames constructed approximately 100 feet of LDT trench and extension during this reporting period. Ames placed, and compacted Soil Liner Fill (SLF) material into the Phase IVc OSA, on the Phase Nc 19 September 12-September 18, 2004 043-2170
