' East Wall <br />1 The window has about a 1/8" paint shrinkage sepazation between the sheetrock and the wood <br />frame on the left-hand side looking east. The wood window sill is cracked. <br />North Wall <br />The wall contains the commode, the water outlets for a sink and a door frame into the master <br />bedroom. The door frame contains the 1/2" spacers on the underside of the door frame. The top <br />of the door frame sags. The wall is clear. <br />West Wall <br /> <br /> <br />i' <br />This wall has a door leading back into the main room. The wall is sheetrocked, painted and cleaz. <br />South Wall <br />The wall is sheetrocked, painted and cleaz. <br />Master Bedroom <br />The walls are sheetrocked and painted. The floor is plywood, but there is some hardwood floor <br />sections laid out in the northeast corner of the room. <br />East Wall <br />There is a door frame for a closet. There aze also some built-in dressers into the wall. The wall is <br />sheetrocked, painted and cleaz. <br />North Wall <br />This wall has a door and two square windows. This wall is sheetrocked and painted. Going <br />around the door there is anywhere from 1/4" to 1/2" separation between the sheetrock and the <br />door frame. Top left-hand corner of the door, looking north, a nail has splintered the wood in the <br />top of the door frame. Also, at the bottom left of the door, the wood is splintered and chipped. <br />This probably occurred when the door frame was installed. Looking at the east-most squaze <br />window, closest to the door; there are paint shrinkage cracks where the metal window frame <br />meets the sheetrock. On the east-most window on the north side, there are paint shrinkage cracks <br />around the sheetrock and the window frame meet. The window just to the left of the door, the <br />top left-hand corner has a vertical crack, or raised azea. Also, on the top right-hand corner of the <br />west-most window, there is a horizontal crack that has been previously repaired, going towazds <br />toward the east-most window. The top left-hand corner of the west-most window, there is a <br />vertical crack that has been repaired. It is just opposite of the gap that was described earlier. <br />There is also a dimple where a nail hole has sunk in since the wall was painted. Right above that, <br />
