_. , T . •
• Letter, DMG, 23.08.95, Page 2
Division of Wildlife Pinon Grove, all in Section 36, T10N, R70W, all in the 6th
P.M., Larimer County, Colorado.
The surety for the two permits would be merged into a single surety for the sum of the
two amounts. This would be done by increasing the amount of the surety bond for permit
M-77-302, and upon approval by DMG, then having the bond for M-77-304 ended. All
current amendments and technical revisions for the two permits would remain in effect.
The merger would take effect on the anniversary date of 24 September 1995.
Since this requested merger does not increase the acreage of the affected land, or have any
effect upon the approved Reclamation Plan (and there is no Environmental Protection Plan
required for either portion), I do not believe that this request is either an amendment or a
technical revision. Therefore, no public notice or comment is required and the only Board
action required is the administrative approval of the action, if recommended by the
Division. Please let us know if this is not correct, or if additional information is needed.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance
Sincerely,
~~~
Nathan A.
