<br />Access roads will be ripped to a depth of 6 to 8 inches with a <br />agricultural chisel plow or subsoiler. Topsoil will spread back on to <br />drill sites and then disked or ripped along the natural contour. <br />Drill seed on contour at a depth no greater than 1/2 inch. Fall <br />seeding must be completed after September/and prior to prolonged <br />ground frost. <br />9. If any fossils are discovered during construction of access <br />roads, drill sites, or other excavations, the operator will <br />immediately cease construction and notify the WRRA Manager. <br />WRRA personnel will determine the significance of the <br />discovery, and the WRRA Manager will require change to be <br />made as necessary. <br />10. Mud pits will be constructed and abandoned as follows: <br />A. Pit size will be approximately 4'xl5'x15', or as <br />otherwise approved in advance by the WRRA Manager. <br />B. Pit will be constructed in cut bank and not fill <br />material. <br />C. Water from pit will be pumped out and disposed of at an <br />approved disposal area, or pit will be fenced while <br />water evaporates, before the pit is back filled and <br />reclaimed. <br />11. Drill hole cementing will be done with a recognized oil field <br />cement pre-mixed at the surface with water and any additives <br />considered to be necessary based on encountered drill hole <br />conditions. Sundry Notices (Form 3160-5 can be obtained in <br />the Craig District Office) will be completed and sent to the <br />WRRA Manger for all drill hole plugging operations along with <br />copies of all cement invoices. <br />12. The WRRA Manager will be notified 48 hours prior to <br />reclamation of any disturbed areas. <br />13. All trees on location and proposed access will be disposed of <br />as follows: <br />A. All stems, stumps, and branches over 4 inches in <br />diameter shall be cut into lengths not exceeding 4 feet <br />and scattered away from the disturbance. <br />
