1 <br /> <br />tJ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br />Basement Hallway <br />There aze two doors on the east wall and one door on the west, along with the steps going back <br />upstairs, and a door to the north leading into the gazage. The walls are sheetrocked and painted. <br />The floor is carpeted. The ceiling is sheetrocked and painted. <br />South Wall -Open entry way into the family room. At the top of the entry way, the joint between <br />the sheetrock has split and has been repaired. <br />East Wall -The south-most door; north of the door frame, a vertical seam between the sheetrock <br />is raised. The north-most door on the east side, south of the door frame contains the same raised <br />seam between the sheetrock. It is also visible above the door frame. Between the north side of <br />the north-most door on the east side and the door on the north side, there is a raised seam running <br />vertically. <br />North Wall -Top, left-hand corner of the north door, there is a hairline crack extending to the <br />ceiling support. Also visible aze paint shrinkage cracks along the west side of the door trim where <br />it has sepazated from the sheetrock. <br />' West Wall -There is sepazation along the top right-hand corner of the door frame/trim. In <br />between the door and south of the entry way into the family room, the floor is cracked/sepazated <br />due to paint shrinkage. <br />Floor -Carpeting is clear. <br />Ceiling -Clear. <br />Stairway from Basement to First Floor <br />The steps aze covered with vinyl. The walls aze sheetrocked and painted. The ceiling is <br />sheetrocked and painted. There is a hand rail on the north wall. It is connected in three places <br />along the wall and there is paint shrinkage/cracks around all three. The wood frame that goes <br />along the steps on the north and south walls of the stairwell, contains paint shrinkage cracks and <br />sepazation from the wall. <br />North Wall -Along the north wall there are various nail pops. Running just on the back side of <br />the hand rail, there is evidence of previous repair or cracking; possibly due to a previous hand rail. <br />This has been painted over and repaired. The door frame on the north side of the wall, on top of <br />the steps, the east side of the door trim has paint shrinkage cracks. The top left-hand comer of <br />the door frame Leading to the top of the steps, there is a crack going vertically to the northwest <br />comer of the wall and then extending vertically to the ceiling. There is also evidence of some <br />previous repair on the east side of the door frame, along with some paint shrinkage cracks. <br />
