Ceiling -Ceiling is sheetrocked, textured and painted. It is cleaz. <br />Master Bedroom (Northwest Comer of House) <br />Inaccessible at this time, as per Dr. Kinder. <br />Southeast Most Room -Basement <br />This room is a family room. The walls have pine paneling and wall paper, The ceiling is wood <br />with wood beams running north-south. <br />East Wall -There is a window with a pine wood frame. The seams between the wall paper aze <br />visible. Along the ceiling and wall joint there are various separations between the top of the <br />sheetr~ock and the wood plank ceiling. The pine paneling on the bottom half of the wall has <br />various cracks along the grain of the wood. This is typical throughout. <br />North Wall -This wall is wall papered. The seams are visible in the wall paper. There are various <br />separations between the wall and the wood ceiling. The east-most wood beam that runs <br />north/south on the ceiling, has various splintered chips and shrinkage cracks, or cracks in the <br />wood beam. This also occurs on the middle ceiling beam, especially on the east side, where <br />cracks are running the length of the wood beam going north/south. <br />West Wall -There is a door leading into an office. There is a rock fireplace on this wall. The <br />concrete in the rock fireplace has various small hairline cracks and spaces where the concrete has <br />pushed back into the wall, especially around the fireplace opening. The wood beam running <br />' north/south just above the fireplace has various cracks in the knots in the wood. <br />South Wall -This wall is wall papered with the bottom half having pine paneling. The wall paper <br />' seams are visible. The middle wood beam running north/south, where it connects to the south <br />wall has caused some peeling of the wall paper. <br />' Floor -The floor is carpeted and is cleaz. <br />Ceiling -Wood ceiling has various cracks around the knots in the wood. It also looks to be <br />stained. <br />' Office -Basement (West of Family Rooml <br />Inaccessible. <br />
