All signage and flagging will be performed in accordance with Costilla <br />County requirements. <br />The selected Contractor to perform the slurry wall installation will furnish ;ill supervision, <br />' labor, equipment, and materials (with the exception of the on-site or off-site materials for <br />preparation of the soil/slurry mixture). The work will be performed in ac:cordance with <br />' industry standazd slurry wall specifications. The Contractor will also provide a fully <br />documented quality control program for the operation, and will include verification of the <br />' 1x10-6 cm/s or less hydraulic conductivity <br />' S.0 RECLAMATION <br />The total disturbance area for the slurry wall installation is approximately 1 9 acres. This <br />' azea will be smoothed, topsoiled and revegetated following installation. A minimum of 18 <br />inches of topsoil will be placed along the slurry wall trench disturbance azea. This area is <br />' encompassed within the 26 acres of the West Pit disturbance footprim..
