5. <br />r~ <br />As in Number 4 above, no pre-mining topographic map seems to exist for <br />the Seneca II (dine. Section 2.10.3(I)(J) of the Coal Regulations states, <br />"In addition to any other maps specifically required by Rule 2, the <br />permit application shall include maps showing: A map of the existing <br />topography within the area to be affected during the estimated life of <br />the operation and adjacent lands. This map shall be in sufficient detail <br />so as to represent slopes and configuration of all surface features <br />within the area to be affected." The only pre-mining map included in the <br />permit appears to be aPre-Mining Land Use Map, Exhibit 4-1, dated <br />December 10, 1980.
