Deaz Carol: The following is a status report of operations relative to the above corresponde e. For the sake of clarity, each subject stated in your 13 May 1998 correspondence is refit rated, with our response immediately following. Respective of any delay in our reply, this is in lazge part related to efforts cessary to complete remaining items referenced in your correspondence. Primary were the completion of the paved apron, and final completion of building permits, which required chitec[ural drawings for our two temporary buildings. The larger majority of the items req eaed were either completed, nearing completion, or needed some clazification. A couple of items have created some confusion on our part, and will in rn require additional clarification from your office. Regazdless, we trust the following wil satisfy the majority issues of the Special Review as approved on 21 July 1998, and as ame ded by the changes submitted to the Colorado Division of Mineral's and Geology. The letter submitted by Brad Janes requested that Planning staff identify other r quirements that must be satisfied. The Findings and Resolution approving the Special Revi w Petition for Rocky Road Quarry contains certain conditions that need to be met prior t beginning operation under This Special Review. Please refer to the Findings and Resolutio document for specifics as you work on meeting the conditions of the Special Review ap roval. The conditions requiring completion of certain items prior to operation are summa 'zed below; cotulition numbers are noted so you can refer to the correct condition in the F ndings and Resolution: #4. Submit a survey maQ. From the map and previous correspondence from B Janes in reference ro survey details, this appears to have been cortrpleted.
