The Powderhorn revision numbering system, as reflected in information contained in the Division's files, appears to have skipped from 85-01 to 85-03 (South Leases Exploration Plan). MR11 - South Leases Exploration Roads - No. 85-06 Submitted October 7, 1985, approved October 28, 1985. The Division has inserted the revision materials into Volume 7. No update necessary. Currently, the Division is in the process of reviewing technical revision request No. TR06 (your file No. 86-01) regarding a proposed reduction in the approved angle of draw and size of the subsidence protection pillars under Cottonwood Creek. To facilitate incorporation of this and future revisions into the approved permit application, the Division requests that Powderhorn Coal Company provide a Volume 8 binder to the Division. All future revisions can be inserted into the new volume as they are received, thus keeping the application up to date at all times.
