.~ • <br />PUBLIC NUTICE <br />Sundance Coal Company, P. O. Box 247, Trinidad, Colorado 81082, <br />(303) 846-9251, has filed, with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Uivision, an application for a technical revision to their permit to <br />conduct coal mining under provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining <br />Reclamation Act of 1979. The proposed revision entails construction and <br />use of a railroad loadout facility located in Trinidad, Colorado in <br />Section 7, T33S, R63W. <br />The land surface is owned by Burlinyton IVorthern Railroad Company. <br />Construction and use of the area will commence immediately upon approval <br />by the Division. <br />U. S.G. S. 7.5 minute quadrangle snap Trinidad East contains the area of the <br />proposed operation.
